Important Dates

1. Pre-K and Kindergarten Information Night
Information Night for these grades is Thursday January 21, 2010 at 7:00 in Banchero Hall at St. Anne School.  This information night provides prospective parents with an opportunity to meet the teachers and their instructional aides, hear about the curriculum, learn about the separate enrollment processes and admissions guidelines, find out about the readiness assessment for Kindergarten applicants and pick up an application packet.  Please note - Being in the St. Anne Pre-Kindergarten does not guarantee families a spot in the St. Anne Kindergarten.  All Pre-Kindergarten families interested in the St. Anne Kindergarten must apply.

2. School Open House
Mark your calendars! St. Anne School’s Open House for students and parents is Sunday January 31, 2010.  Our Open House begins with Mass at 10:00 am in St. Anne Church and is followed by an opportunity to explore our beautiful school from 11:30 to 1:00 pm.   
No reservations are required and you can stay for as little or long as you like.  This is an opportunity to talk with teachers and staff for all grades, meet our students, take a tour with our 8th grade student ambassadors and pick up application packets for grades Pre-K through 8.

Many Catholic elementary schools throughout the Archdiocese of Seattle will also be hosting open houses and tours during Catholic Schools Week - January 31 through Sunday February 7, 2010.     

3. New Student Enrollment Dates – 2010/11 School Year
New students are students not currently enrolled in St. Anne School.  Students enrolled in St. Anne Pre-Kindergarten are considered new students for purposes of Kindergarten enrollment.  

January 2010
21 - Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Information Night
22– Begin accepting applications for Pre-K and Kindergarten
31 - Open House

February 2010

1 - Begin accepting applications for Fall grade 1-8 openings
5 - Deadline PreK and Kindergarten application and fees
12 - Deadline Grade 1-8 opening application and fees

March 2010
2 - Acceptance letters for Kindergarten, Pre-K, Grades 1-8 are sent by this date
12– Deadline for all new student registration contracts and 1st month’s tuition deposit

4. Existing Student Re-Enrollment Dates – 2010/11 School Year
Existing students are St. Anne students currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 7th grade. 

January 2010

26 - Re-enrollment process begins
31– Open House

February 2010 
12– Deadline for existing student re-enrollment contracts & fees (to avoid $50 late fee)
